Okay so Jolene has said twice that I look Paris Hilton but Mega says I look like Nicky Hilton.In what way do I look like them both?But just for the record,I think Nicky's prettier.

ONE PAPER DOWN,NO WAIT,TWO PAPERS DOWN,SIX MORE TO GO!

I've already sat for my French and English.French was pretty okay except for the listening comprehension which I bombed since they were speaking sldghajskstvghjsdfgdksdfyhdasfjkhag and I didnt understand a single word.So I just ticked the pictures I liked.God knows if they're correct.Redaction was easy.Just writing a letter about a vacation which I've done countless times.I think nobody understood the comprehension except maybe those smart arses Gary and Nicole and Casatrina,yang macam itu kan zaf,macam itu.They can pull it off but we have to slave away to study.Okay so maybe that's exagerated(ohmygod I forgot how to spell that) because no one slaves studying for French?Nevertheless,me,Zad,Mad and Jingyi studied at the Bishan library cafe for awhile before we got kicked out because it was peak period and there was going to be many people who were going to eat,according to some uptight arse of a cafe guy.But hellooo Mr Cafe-Guy-Who-Chased-Us-Out,I didnt see anyone going towards your cafe let alone wanting to sit down and eat.Well it served you right.I mean who would want to eat at a cafe where the cafe guy chases you out?NOT ME.Too bad they serve really good brownies and milkshakes.The action plan Zad and I wanted to carry out was aborted due to some technical problems but it's alright.We shall pesevere(persevere?thank god English exam is over) and try again next time kan Zad?And we saw PANASSSS people again.Belakang ada,depan pun adaaaa.Zad,Issy,Izza,Syafiqah and I chose the same class combinations for next year except Jingyi.CHANGE YOUR MIND JINGYI THEN WE CAN TALK AND GOSSIP IN CLASS TILL WE GET SCOLDED AND SENT OUT AGAIN!Frenchies totally rock.

I just recalled the sms I got on Monday regarding Singapore Idol.I got the first one from Anita,saying that Jonathan was in the lead with 52% of the votes while Hady had 48%.It was asking people to vote for Hady.Of course I was happy when I read this.Then I got the same sms from Cikgu Salina and Syahidah.It was a hoax.I mean,Hady won 70% of the votes and it's a little ridiculous that he previously had 48% dont you think?Besides,who could have known the percentage of votes the contestants were getting?I should think the media people would keep it all hush-hush.It was a hoax of course.It was just a sick plan to get more people to sympathise with Hady and vote for him.Though I gotta give credit to whoever that came up with it because the sms was pretty convincing and Hady did win.But I think the person shouldnt have stooped so low.Well now we know what to do if we want a contestant to win a show.

We had the IPP exercise just now.It was okay.There wasnt any panic because we all knew it was going to happen,although it was supposed to be a surprise.Some surprise it turned out to be.We were practically awaiting the alarm.So everyone was mostly excited than panicky and started screaming and shouting when the alarm went off.But it was fun.My job was to seal up the windows and it was seriously hot.Everyone was talking and moving all at once.We were sweating like pigs.Come to think of it,it was sorta like a class-bonding thing.Speaking of which,we might be thinking of going to Sentosa on the last day of term since it's a holiday.We'll plan all that later of course,after Finals,which start on Friday!My French's tomorrow and I havent started studying.I bet no one has.Thank my lucky stars I dont have school tomorrow,due to the long-overdue polling day holiday.So I'm going to Bishan library to mug for at least 2 hours with Zaf and Moo.I doubt we'd do much.We'll probably just end up panicking.Which means,I'll need to study later.At least I hope to.

Okay so results are out,Singapore has voted and Hady Mirza (left) is our new idol.I'd really hoped and prayed that Jonathan would win.I'm not a HUGE fan of his,unlike Jolene and Elenna but I prefer him to Hady.He's so cool and suave and has this dreamy thing going on and he can melt you,seriously.I don't particularly like Hady for reasons I shall not say since I know he's got lots of fan,and at least one third are people I know,and they'd scream in my face.So no thank you,I'll just stop at me not liking Hady.Though I have to admit grudgingly that they both deserve the title so I guess all's good.

Forbidden City on Saturday was absolutely amazing!The songs were good,the acting was superb and the story was just FAB.Put everything together and you have one excellent musical. If I had the chance,I'd definitely watch it again,no questions asked.I liked the ending,though it wasn't a happily-ever-after.I mean,everything's going all fine and dandy and you're packing your stuff to leave in a cheery mood then suddenly WHAM,you dont know what hit you.The story makes an unexpected twist and everything's changed.It's so sad and really tugs at your heartstrings.But that's why it leaves an impression.So go watch it now now now before it stops showing!You know,they're even polishing up the musical to be shown in London.Pretty fantastic,non?

Watching Forbidden City tomorrow with Nani and Dickie.We're all pretty excited since the last time we went to watch a performance,it was loads fun wasn't it?Besides I love going to the Esplanade area.It's so beautiful and so scenic.I think it's the prettiest place in Singapore.And,I'll also get to see Cedric "act".He's cast as an extra who runs across the stage with a kite and gets paid 500 bucks for it.Isabelle was so upset when she heard Cedric got the part because she wanted to audition for a role but alas,only males were allowed.I told her she could have pulled off a Viola a la She's the Man but she looked at me as if I was nuts.Well,I was only trying to help.

Oooh we played soccer for PE today.It was silly and nutty and fun.We practiced passess and shooting and then we played a game.Sure we're no Brazil or Germany but for girls who've never had professional training,I say we were good,weren't we?Though we were panting so hard after we played and we wondered how those pro soccer players can play 90 minutes of the game without feeling tired.We didnt even play for half an hour and already we were panting like dogs.But then again,those soccer players are pros.So kudos to them,especially my Lukas Podolski.<3333

I can't believe that there isnt going to be any more french class till October.Sure that's next month but that's so many weeks away!And I actually like going for French cause my chaotic class is just the loves.God I really hope that I stay in the same class next year.If I'm in a different class,especially if I'm not with Zad,I think I'll just cry.Or quit.No,both.I absolutely adore F2M,especially the PANASSS ones kan Zad kan Syafiqah?

FRENCH ORAL IS OVER!

Zad,Mad and I had panic attacks just now.We were the last few to be tested.In fact,I was the last person in my group with my time slot at 4.30 and Zad's and Mad's were at 4. So we went there half hour early to revise.Of course,we were doing more panicking than studying.Nothing much was revised which made us even more worried.We'd pounce on every person who came out of the oral room and ask them to tell us their questions.We asked Isabelle, Jingyi, James, Cedric, Elaine, Mad's friend Caleb,practically the entire class.And most of them said it was hard.Imagine how panicky we got.We were hyperventilating,serious,and sweating like pigs.Alas,the doomed moment arrived.It wasnt so bad.So we screwed it and you know what?I don't really care.It was all fun actually.And I can't believe I'm saying this but I actually can't wait for French class tomorrow.I'm going to miss F2M and Madame and the noisy class.

It's fun chatting with my fellow classmates knowing that I have the comforts of my own home while they're slaving away in school learning some boring thing,isn't it Sharifah?I got home about an hour ago.Home Ec practical was fine.We thought we'd screwed it up but Ms Seah tasted our fried rice (made by Thanida,Nani and Sheree),pizza (courtesy of yours truly),agar-agar (made by Nani and Thanida) and chocolate chip cookies (by all 4 of us) and said they were okay.So not too bad,considering we're all amateur cooks.But after cooking today,in fact,after all my cooking experiences in Home Ec which includes burning my finger,over-baking muffins and spilling sugar on the floor,I don't think I'll pursue a career in cooking or take it up as a hobby or passion.No thank you.I'd rather go bungee-jumping or sky-diving.I can always hire a maid or find a husband who can cook.That way,I never have to lift a ladle in my life!

Finally.I get to miss school!I went to the doctor's yesterday and got a 2-day MC for today and tomorrow.I've got the flu virus.Nothing exactly to jump for joy about except that I don't have to go to school!That's something to jump for joy about.I've been sick since Saturday and I dont know why I even went to school yesterday.I was feeling all cold and shivery and my nose was runny and my eyes were watery and I kept sneezing all the time.No way in hell was I going to go through that again today.Though I still have to go to school tomorrow because I've got Home Ec practical.After that,sayonara everyone!I'm proud to say that I havent put the extra time I have to waste.I've actually studied Math.I cant study other subjects because I left my books in school so I shall collect them tomorrow.Man,this is the life.

Zad,Mad and I went to White Sands library yesterday to mug for French.It was a hoot.We practiced for our French oral this Thursday and realized how much we suck.We can't speak properly and keep forgetting to conjugate words.But,at least we can converse better now,non?Then Had came and joined us.Not that she studied French with us,she just sat there and talked balls.I've said before,when you put 4 of us together,something always happens.This time was no exception.We were talking and laughing so much that the annoying lady beside us kept tsk-ing us and shaking her head.Well excuuuuse me.Pardon us if we actually have a life compared to your I'm-studying-alone-and-pretending-it's-oh-so-much-fun-when-I-really-want-to-have-friends-study-with-me-like-you-people-so-now-I'm-jealous-of-you life.Please.Sure it's a library but we were in the cafe and other people too were making loads of noises!The cafe serves excellent brownies with ice cream and cookies and cream milkshakes and mexican wraps by the way.So anyway,that wasnt the worst.Zad made this weird noise that sounded sort of like a burp and a snort put together.We started laughing so hard then I said "Shit I'm going to pee in my pants" and Mad went, "Don't, later dirty" and we all burst out laughing even harder and Zad had mocha latte in her mouth and was trying not to spill it out.She made this gurgling noises and bent under the table.I was afraid to look at her in case she puked at me.Then Mad gave a tissue to her and she puked all over it and the carpet.Tsk-tsk Zad.Lucky for us though,the carpet wasnt badly stained.It'll need a critical eye to detect it.While we were walking towards the escalator,Zad reached across me to throw her tissue in the dustbin and I was surprised cause I hadnt expected her to do that and so I was sliding on the floor,(my shoes were slippery) trying not to fall and then Zad got a shock cause she hadn't expected me to do that and so she peed in her pants.Really people.She did.

I'm telling you.Put 4 of us together,anytime,anywhere and there's nothing short of a fun time.There's always mayhem,mayhem and more mayhem.Just go ask the teachers or our friends from primary school.We got caught trying to catch fishes in the eco-garden,we snuck into the hall during Sing Singapore and Teachers Day,we stole the little decorations thing from the notice boards which people still dont know who did it,we played dodgeball with paperballs in the music room.And trust me,there are a whole lot of other stupid things we did.It was such a riot yesterday and it was so nice that we could all meet up on a normal schoolday.It's rare that we get to do such a thing because we're all in different schools,except for Zad and Mad, and our schools finish at different times.So meeting up isnt exactly easy to do.I love my disco mamas.J'aime mes disco mamas.

Oh man.The workers are drilling the floors of every floor of my block and today they're doing the 12th floor,the floor below mine and it's DRIVING ME CRAZY.They've been at it non-stop and it's making me have a headache.Oh I almost wished I went to school today.Shit.They're going to be drilling my floor tomorrow.Damned.

Have any of you watched Lovewrecked?It's your average chick-flick.Girl has a hot guy best friend who is in love with her but she is in love with a superstar who isnt so hot.Some problems arise then they are solved.Girl then ends up with hot best friend and they live happily ever after.The girl in this case is Amanda Bynes.She's a great comedian.But I think she's too skinny.It's hard to believe she's 20.I mean,I used to watch All That and The Amanda Show where she was just a little kid and now she's TWENTY.The hot bestfriend is none other than Jonathan Bennett.





If he looks familiar it's because he acted as Lindsay Lohan's crush in Mean Girls,Regina's(Rachel McAdams) ex-boyfriend.I thought he looked familiar when I watched the movie.

I shall blog till the picture in which I'm cut off can be seen.There's this weird taste in my mouth because my mum forced me to drink this fish essence with american ginseng thinger.It isn't nice let me tell you.I'd rather suck my own blood than drink it again.

It's been a gloomy week.Rain all the time.The rain always makes me feel all moody and depressed.I don't know why.I just do.Do any of you feel like that as well?Unless I'm playing in the rain then that's a different matter altogether.It also makes me fall sick real easy.I get the sniffles case,like I did yesterday.I was sneezing so much I thought I'd blow my nose off.And I was running a fever so I couldnt study much.But I will study.Later.I think.After I go to the library.Maybe.I hope.

Question still remains : Are all cows females?
I asked Cikgu Alena that today and even she was puzzled.It's funny how we never know the answers to the simplest questions,isn't it?I mean,we can explain the structure of an atom but we don't even know whether cows are male and female.

I'm suddenly having the knack to break stuffs.I just broke two of my hairbands into half.And I didnt do it on purpose.If I didnt know better,I'd day I was turning into a klutz.

Today,but I think by the time this gets posted it'll be yesterday, was a pretty eventful day.Beginning of the day already was a hubbub.I went to school and the general office was closed and I didnt see anyone around.I thought something was seriously wrong because the school looked so dead.I wanted to go to class but was directed by the school helpers to go to the studio instead,where everyone,okay the early bird-ers were.So we sat around,bored to death,wondering what the hell was going on.Then Mdm Khoo came in and broke the news.Urgent fumigation was being carried because due to the many girls eating in class,there were lots of ants and rats.We were all pretty much grossed out and horrified and shocked stupid.But it was all highly exciting nevertheless.

Then during French,Isabelle,Jingyi,Elaine,Zad,me and a NUS girl whose name I dont know(I really am sorry) went to photocopy our dossiers cause we didnt have them.There was a miscommunication between us and the photocopy machine lady and we started arguing.The lady was pointing and screaming at us and Isabelle got pretty pissed.I could tell she just wanted to slap that woman's face.Well I wouldnt blame her.That lady had some nerve,pointing and screaming at us!It was just a bloody communication problem that's all.

I ate my Mrs Fields cookie today.Dont you just love biting into a soft,chewy,really good chocolate chip cookie?Feels like you're in heaven.The chocolate melting in your mouth,ooh baby!

Photocopying machine people are evil.They should learn to chill.

Okay, so Finals are in 15 days now and I'm scared shit and shivering in my undies.Not literally though I bet Had would be thrilled if I really were,won't you Hanis?I'm not going to procrastinate like I always do,though I never go wrong with that habit.But,I ain't taking any risks this year,what with being streaming year and all.So I've drawn out a calendar and planned out what subjects I want to study and exactly which chapters everyday.And I intend to follow it.I will, okay!Give me some credit.

We finally finished watching Prince of Egypt in Music class just now.We still had extra time so we watched the first part of The Lion King.We were pretty much saddened that Simba's dad died.Poor lion.And would you believe that Sharifah thought hyenas were birds?That's got to be the silliest thing I've ever heard!Another silly thing I heard,was that all cows are females.Yeah,real smart Aash.She and I and Meryl were talking two days ago during Science class and Meryl and I started teasing Aash calling her cows and moo-ing to her when she suddenly asked "All cows are females right?" I was like,"No they arent!What the hell makes you think that?" "Because they have that udders thinger" came the reply.Boy Aashi, you really are a silly cow.Excuse the pun.

I am not watching Singapore Idol tonight.With my 2 favourite contestants out,Joakim and Paul,I see no reason to watch it.I've completely lost interest.I shall however watch the finals where they'll both perform again.I read the latest issue of 8 Days and there's talk that there won't be a 3rd season of SI.Why?Apparently because, and I quote "There's just not enough talent to sustain the popular franchise here" as told by some people to the mag.But, and I quote again, "Singapore is not short on raw talent". It's just that "hidden singers are just interested in becoming other things,like doctors and engineers" because those jobs pay better.So what do you think about that people?I mean,okay so maybe the talents of the people here do not match the standards of our American counterparts but I do believe that there are people with talent.But besides talent,the show is an entertainment provider to us all,is it not?I'm predicting many people wouldnt exactly like it if they were to can Singapore Idol.So let's hope they do not yeah?

Everyone keeps telling me it's good but I've yet to decide for myself.I've got the DVD but with my rotten luck,it's spoilt.

The season finale of Lost airs tomorrow night on Channel 5 and according to 8 Days, there's talk that there might be a Lost movie.As quoted by the co-creator "We'd love to end the show after four or five years and do a movie." I bet alot of people would just love that.

A new show,Prisonbreak is filling up Lost's timeslot next Thursday.According to Mega who's watched a few episodes on Youtube,it's good.Well,there's Wentworth Miller,a hot guy who is also smart.He's a Princeton graduate in Literature!Everyone loves a smart hottie!

I know I'm a bit late but it's still hard to believe that world-famous crocodile hunter Steve Irwin is well and truly dead isn't it?He was so jovial and active and outgoing and it's just real hard to accept that he isn't with us anymore.It's pretty ironic that he died due to a stingray which are normally non-poisonous.I mean,he's handled crocs and snakes and he never so much as got injured yet he got killed by a stingray.But nevertheless Steve,you'll always be fondly remembered as our dear Croc Hunter!

Update on my peach rose : It's dying.It's shriveling up and the petals are dropping off and it's dying.How can it die?I put it in water for god's sake!It just shows you how much of a green thumb I have.

SCHOOL'S OUT!

I know I'm like what,2 days late?But it doesnt hurt to remind everyone,non?So on the first day of the holiday,which was Friday,I went out for dinner with my family as well as Shereen.We went jalan-ing at Chinatown afterward.And so,to celebrate the start of the holidays,Shereen,Yasmeen and I each got a tattoo!But don't worry,it's temporary.We all got identical ones sprayed on our backs,just above the butt-crack.It's really cool.I took a picture of it.It's supposed to last 10-14 days so if it hasnt really faded when I go back to school,I'll show it to you guys yeah?

SO ANYWAY,undeniably,the best way to end the school term was of course to go back to PRPS for Teachers' Day.It was totally rad!Celebrations in TKGS weren't that bad though the concert ran overtime so we were mostly just itching to get outta there.Then Amirah, Syam, Nani, Sharifah and I took the MRT to White Sands where we met Zad,Mad and Diy.Stupid Mad.She told poor Siti to wait for us at the bus stop and she went to Macs to eat!Silly cow.While waiting for bus 3,we met Had!Eh,just because I like pulling the back strap of your suspenders doesnt mean it isnt nice okayyy.It's just that pulling the backstrap and annoying the hell out of you is nice as well.So we met Siti at the bus stop and it was all hugs and kisses.

We finally proceeded to PRPS.And WHOA.So much has changed but it still feels the same.It was weird.I mean,it's been 2 years since we left but it feels just like yesterday we were walking in the corridors,eating in the canteen,studying in the classrooms.It's amazing how fast time flies isn't it?Then we met CIKGU!Okay so I was wrong about her changing.But HEY,it wasn't entirely MY fault.Even Mad and Had thought so too when we went for the Sing Singapore and now they're blaming me for wrongly leading them to believe that Cikgu has changed.But the good news is,SHE HASNT SHE HASNT SHE HASNT SHE HASNT!That was probably one of the greatest news I've heard.You can imagine how glad Zad,Had and Mad were as well.And once again,I say,IT'S NOT ENTIRELY MY FAULT! Cikgu was also telling us how she showed the CD she made for us about our P6 MT class to her current class and cried.Awww.I just watched it and felt so sad as well.But it all brings back happy memories.

We snuck up to the second level to the staff room to see Mdm Lim and she was trying to recall our names,unsuccessfully though.But it's okay Mdm Lim,we forgive you.She mixed up my name with my sister's.Do we really look that alike?It's pretty annoying!I mean,I'd understand if were twins and people get us confused,but we aren't!I'm TWO FULL YEARS OLDER.Okay,so I'm shorter and smaller-sized but still.People who know us would know that we are nothing alike!Anyway,we wanted to take a photo with Mdm Lim but she manipulated us by saying she'll take the photo for us.We kept on insisting that we wanted to take a photo with her and she kept saying she'll take after she'd taken for us.Smart woman.She knew Mr Fum would chase us away so she managed to escape taking a photo with us.And you know why she didnt want to take a photo with us?She said she wasnt ready for a photo cause she hasnt put on make up!Now if you knew her,you'd realize how ridiculous this reason was because she slabs alot of makeup on her face everyday!But we still love you Mdm Lim!

So after being shoo-ed to the canteen,we hung around,took photos and chatted with other friends and checked people out.Some people grew hot overnight.I'm not calling names but we all know who!Then Zad,Mad,Siti and Sakina and I went to the basketball court and played catching and jumped into puddles. (It'd just finished raining so the ground was pretty wet) By the time we got back to the canteen,our shoes and socks and in my case,my jeans were soaking wet.But it was all GOOD!

We all bought our favourite mix drink from the last stall and Alia gave us each a rose!Mine was peach-coloured.And unlike Had,it isn't my first rose.Haha.At around 2.30 though,those loser people chased all us ex-students out of the school.So Anita,Sakina,Siti,Zad,Mad and Had and I went to the minmart and bought maggi mee.We sat at the void deck near the carpark in a circle and talked about how much we missed PRPS.Anita asked each of us what we remembered from our MT class.Mad remembered Nasri mistakenly saying Ustads berkubang(dry in the Sun) instead of kerbaus(buffaloes).I remembered how Ahmad Fahmy and Soleha would always compete with each other to see who could check the meaning of a word in the kamus(dictionnary).Zad remembered our supplementary classes.And really,if I were to list down all our memories,my blog,in fact, no amount of paper would do me justice cause there's just so many!I don't know why most people I know dont think fondly of their primary schools.I guess I'm just one of those few people who had a really fab primary school experience which I shall cherish forever.Nothing could ever compare it to that.

And Anita was trying to teach me how to use chopsticks.Among all of us sitting there and eating,Zad,Mad,Had,Siti,Sakina,me and her,everyone knew how to use chopsticks except me.And the bloody shop didnt have forks so I was forced to use the darn chopsticks.But,I'm getting better at it!At least now,I'm not always spilling my food!Lessons to teach Tasneem on the use of chopsticks still go on.

The 7 of us spent a pretty long time eating.We talked and laughed alot and it felt so good to be with my friends again.It's like we never parted.And we even formed a club,the Rosy Singletons.We're all single,not that we're complaining,in fact we're loving it and the rosy part came in cause of the roses we got from Alia.(We're now competing to see who can keep the roses alive the longest.Mine's slowly dying.)We even took and oath and all,to promise that we'd remain single,for now,and enjoy life and be friends forever.

Sadly,all good things come to an end.So reluctantly,we all parted ways,not before promising to meet up at the end of the year.Truly,it was an amazing Teachers Day.You can go read Zad's,Had's or Mad's blogs for more stuffs on what we did.
